Besides, we will do enough producing processes to ensure the stability and pricision as well. for example, we do steel pretreatment to prevent deformation, 12 steps of producing parts to ensure precision.
Make it more clearly with numbers, our machine can finsih adjustment in half an hour before producing, and continue producing for 1 hour without any adjustment more, other machines may need 1.5 or 2 hour to finish adjustment before producing, and check or adjust the machine every 15 mins, because their machines are not stable and precision enough.
